1. Factory Overview
The stone processing factory of Phu Quy Stone and Mineral Company is invested synchronously with modern scale, is the place to realize the potential from high quality natural stone sources into white marble products, natural yellow stone, sophisticated paving stone. All equipment is imported or manufactured according to European standards, meeting large output and high quality requirements of domestic and export projects.
2. GangSaw Machine
GangSaw block cutting machine is the main equipment in processing large-size marble slab. Thanks to the simultaneous multi-blade sawing system, GangSaw allows cutting marble blocks into slabs with uniform thickness and smooth surface - the foundation for creating marble for flooring, hotel wall cladding, kitchen countertops, and high-end applications.
3. Large plate grinder
After cutting, the stone slabs are transferred to a large-format grinder. This equipment uses a multi-level grinding head, allowing the surface to be polished to a high gloss while still preserving the natural stone grain - especially effective with milky white and white marble, helping the product achieve maximum aesthetics.
4. Bridge Cutter
Bridge cutter is used to divide slabs into standard sizes or according to design drawings (cut-to-size). With automatic control mechanism, the machine cuts quickly, accurately to the millimeter, is the ideal equipment for producing marble, villa facade stone, or high-class floor tiles.
5. Wire cutting machine
Unlike Bridge Cutter, Wire Cutter is used for large or specially shaped stone blocks. Thanks to its thin cutting line and low vibration, the machine helps to preserve the stone texture and grain, reducing loss, especially suitable for marble with unique patterns or for fine art sculpture.
6. Vertical lathe
Vertical lathe is a special equipment for processing round stone columns, marble railings, pedestals and cylindrical details. The automatic control system helps to create precise and uniform shapes, ensuring the aesthetics and hardness of products used in ancient architecture and temples.
7. Automatic sheet sorting machine
The slab dividing machine system helps to divide slabs quickly and evenly, which is an important step in creating large orders of wall cladding, kitchen cladding, and bathroom cladding, requiring short delivery times while still ensuring consistent quality.
8. 800mm Edge Grinding and Cutting Line
This is an integrated automatic grinding and cutting line with large stone sizes (up to 800 mm), very suitable for projects requiring large marble slabs for lobbies, hotel corridors, or building facades. Products from this line have smooth edges, no chipping, and a sharp, even surface.
9. CNC machine
3-5 axis CNC machine is specialized in making CNC stone patterns, carvings, and sophisticated moldings from natural marble. This device allows creating complex details down to the smallest curve, meeting the requirements of projects that require high artistry and personalization.
10. Chamfering and straight molding production machine
This is a system for producing stone moldings, baseboards, stair borders, picture frame moldings - important finishing details to create luxury and sophistication for high-end interior spaces. Products from this equipment are highly appreciated in the domestic and export markets.
